Introduction

Skins are cosmetic changes to the default player models that change your in-game appearance.

Info:  • Not all variants are available for purchase.           • Skins are purely cosmetic and offer no augmented or additional stats in-game.

Marine Player Skins

The following images show all the variations of Marine armor and weapon (skins) that you may see in the game.

Camouflage variants & availability

Normal	Default Armor.	Provided with game.	Available to everyone.
Deluxe	Red detailing, tactical goggles, 'TSF' on chestpiece.	Requires Deluxe Edition.	May also be found on the Steam Community Market.
Assault	Metallic detailing, semi-enclosed helmet, ammo packs.	Can no longer be obtained.	Originally part of the Reinforcement Program for Diamond Tier and above.
Elite Assault	Metallic detailing, enclosed helmet, digital camouflage effect, ammo packs.	Can no longer be obtained.	Originally part of the Reinforcement Program for Shadow Tier and above.
Special Ops	Black & Gold detailing, Blue Tactical goggles & face mask.	Cannot be sold or transferred.	Rewarded exclusively for purchasing NS2 before its Alpha release.
Kodiak	Reskin of Normal Armor, Jungle camouflage.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the Kodiak update.
Tundra	Reskin of Deluxe Armor, Battle-scarred detailing, white & blue camouflage effect.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	The first NS2 customisation items to make use of the Steam Community Market/Steam Inventory system.
Forge	Reskin of default Armor, black & red base coloring with orange highlights.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the Forge Pack DLC as part of the NS2 5 year anniversary update (Build 319).
Sandstorm	Reskin of Deluxe Armor, black and gold with red highlights.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the Catalyst update (Build 324).
B.M.A.C.	Two different Robotic models with 6 different skins each.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	The first NS2 Marine skins with unique sounds and voice lines. The B.M.A.C. Supporter Pack is available in three tiers.

Sandstorm	Black and gold with red highlights.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the Catalyst update (Build 324).
Skull 'n' Crossfire	Black & red with stylized red flames and a burning skull on the top.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the update Build 300.
Tundra	White & blue design.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the Tundra update (Build 285), and completed with the Merry Gorgemas! update (Build 336).
Viper	Black & orange with a green snake.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the Merry Gorgemas! update (Build 336).
Wood	Wooden parts.	Can be earned through Matched Play in-game.	Released with the Tanith update (Build 340).
Purple Damascus	Black & Purple with Damascus grain.	Can be earned through Matched Play in-game.	Released with the Tanith update (Build 340).

Abyss	Blue eyes, blue skin.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Skulk was originally awarded for playing on Caged at its release, Gorge for Origin and Lerk for Metro. The set was completed with the Merry Gorgemas! update (Build 336).
Nocturne	Purple eyes and tails.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the Nocturne DLC as part of the NS2 5 year anniversary update (Build 319).
Toxin	Green glowing eyes, green patches of skin and green belly.	Can be bought in the Customization Screen in-game.	Released with the Catalyst update (Build 324).
